How to Submit My Paper?

We open up opportunities for everyone involved and work in the design (especially use open source) to get involved in this event as a speaker. We open papers submission for prospective presenters. Submission criteria that we will prioritize such as :

• Comprehensive topic
• Interesting topics
• Using FLOSS as the main tool.

Don’t be glued to the criteria above. The criteria are our basic requirements for the topic that we want to present.  Elementary topic (ex: “How to use Inkscape tool”) is not our priority. We will categorize the topic into some tracks that will help participants to choose the classes. Some prepared tracks are :

• Graphic Design Track
• Motion Graphic Track
• 3D Design Track
• Multimedia Track (audio, music, or video editing)
• Misc

The presenters will be choosing one of two types of class, workshop (2 hours maximum length) and short presentation (15 minutes maximum length). For the workshop class, the presenters are requested to prepare the complete requirements for the participants. The short presentation is for the presenters who want to talk about a short topic of design, could be a review, tips, etc.

Ready to be Gimpscape Artweek 2020 presenter? Please submit the paper before June 17th, 2020. All the proposals are going to be selected; the most suitable will be presented. The selected proposals and the presentation schedule will be announced on June 21, 2020.
